- Once purchased, products cannot be returned. They can only be exchanged within 7 days.

- We can only exchange products with other products in a similar price range.

- We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.

- We are not responsible or liable for any lost or damaged packages in returns that we were not notified about first.

CAN I APPLY A PROMOTION CODE TO AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

ARE ANY ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM PROMOTION CODES?

In general, promotion codes cannot be used on items that are on sale

CAN MULTIPLE OFFERS BE CLUBBED TOGETHER?

No, multiple offers cannot be clubbed together when using Promo Codes.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Shipping over purchases of $65 is free.

Q: When will my order ship?
We ship orders from Chicago Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Q: Does my order ship on weekends?
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

Q: Through what carrier do your orders ship?
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.

Q: Can I have multiple shipping addresses?
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
